"Date Visited: Thursday, April 30, 2009 (Dinner) I can’t recall the last time I had such an abundance of food in one sitting. This vegan gem in Fort Lauderdale is truly a find. I had the pleasure of dining here with my girlfriend, her father, and stepmother. Her dad isn't even close to being vegetarian and I don't believe he's ever stepped foot in a vegetarian restaurant before. She was a bit concerned about how he would react to the food. But I knew we were in the right place as soon as I spotted the rooftop garden, where they apparently grow their own herbs and some vegetables for cooking. If you have the opportunity to visit Sublime, don’t hesitate! The restaurant is gorgeous, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. To top it all off, 100% of Sublime’s profits go to organizations that support animal welfare and promote a vegan lifestyle. You can't go wrong!"
