"I recently left a negative review for this location, but I was pleasantly surprised when they credited my Panera account with $20. Appreciating the gesture, I decided to give them another chance. Today, I ordered two simple items and was told my order would be ready by 11:17 AM. When I checked in at 11:22 AM, I discovered that my order hadn't even been started. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes and had to go back twice: once for my drink cup, which I never received, and again for my bagel, which they forgot to put in my order. I ended up wasting most of my break there, and when I finally returned to work to eat, I realized that I didn't have the utensils I had requested. I’m done with this place. The staff is rude and clearly indifferent."
