"This gem could be 5 stars and I absolutely recommend you try it! I'll get to why not 5 in a minute. The positives, the **** Maria is top notch, among the best I've had. They make their own **** mix and it's fantastic. The Marias were great and I can only imagine the Marys would be their equal. What they call bell pepper hash, it's basically potatoes O'Brien, really good. The coffee is good too, btw. We had omelets for entrees. While not BAD, they were quite bland especially in comparison to everything else, which was surprising. We tried some of their house made salsas on them. Honestly the biggest improvement came with salt and Tapatio hot sauce.Also to note was the service. Today we had Nicole, she is top notch and I can't say enough about how good she is at what she does.I really do hope I am in town long enough to visit again, for a **** Mary if nothing else! I really do want to try a Benedict, there are several on the menu that sound great."
