"We used to live in Altamonte Springs and came back in town, wanting something different and local. The reviews of this place were pretty good, so we gave it a try. We were extremely surprised in the best possible way. We were promptly greeted, seated, and drinks were brought to us quickly. Our waiter was a co-owner and he was extremely friendly, very helpful with our recommendations and explanations of the various options of food. The garlic and basil salt on the table was so good I had to buy it, and our waiter offered me a taste of the Hot Honey they sell, it was so good I bought both of these. The Caesar Salad was so crisp, fresh, and perfect. My dad had a Carne Trio Pizza, and said the sauce was perfect and tasty, plus the wood-fired nature of the pizza was delicious with an amazing crust. I had the pasta with chicken and alfredo, and cannot tell you how perfectly seasoned it was, with not an overload of sauce, so the taste of the fresh noodles were amazing. Finally, the cannoli and cappuccino...WOW, the crust was so good and the stuffing of the cannoli was not oversweet, just perfect. I cannot say enough about this place, you will NOT be disappointed by it and it should win a lot of awards! You won't be disappointed, try this place!"
