"I 've eaten here many times over the past few years and it 's been mostly good food with decent service. Lately however, the service is terrible. I called just now to place an order, and was greeted by the most rude and disrespectful employee to ever pick up a phone. When I asked to place an order for pick-up she said *SIGH* can you hold on a second!? as if I had done something wrong. I said okay and waited. When she came back she said *SIGH* CAN I HELP YOU!?.. HELLO!?!? . Needless to say I said No and hung-up.It was clearly an older woman who couldn 't give less of a damn that I was trying to support a local business. If you can 't handle your job of taking orders at a fast food joint, find another line of work. I 'm sure she was just happy not to have to take another order. This was not at a peak time, and I was more than polite to this woman. Not sure if she was the owner or hired help, but either way it was gross.I 'm not one to make a big deal out of someone having a bad day, but this was so blatantly hostile, I 'm never going back to them. You lost a good household of longtime customers."
