"I recently moved to the city and opted for a pizza delivery. Unfortunately, I waited an hour and a half for it to arrive. While the pizza was decent, it wasn't very warm when it got here. Is it really necessary for it to take an hour to make a pizza and another 30 minutes for delivery? Moreover, the delivery person didn't knock to let me know my order had arrived. On a positive note, I did receive a credit for the delivery fee along with a discount, and the delivery person was quite apologetic. I appreciate their response and will take that into consideration."

"I'm a top 10 local reviewer on Google, and normally I wouldn't write a review for a delivery order, but I felt compelled to do so tonight. After a tough day at work, I didn't have the energy to cook. I had a craving for stuffed pizza, but I couldn't find any of my favorite spots in the city. I often end up with a pizza piled with cheese and topped with tomato slices, which isn't what I wanted. So, I decided to order from here and requested a stuffed pizza filled only with cheese, without the typical chunks of tomato. To my surprise, not only did they deliver a pizza without a tomato base, but it honestly turned out to be the third-best stuffed pizza I've ever had. If you get the chance, you should definitely try it. I've never had anything I didn't enjoy here, except for the Italian salad, but I think that was just because of the dressing, which wasn't to my taste. It's a lovely local establishment with fantastic food and great service. You won't regret giving it a try!"

"Finally! I got the chance to try a new pizza spot. I NEVER eat pizza! So I went on their Facebook page to do a delivery order. The actual delivery time ended up being late. But when I called to verify my order earlier, the number I gave online was one number off. They tried to call me and explain. Oops, my bad. When the order arrived, I was heading out the door to my sons house to watch some March Madness. The delivery had to wait another 15 min trip. Total trip time prolly 1/2 to an hour before eating. I know what box steam can do to a traveling pizza. But let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The first I tried was the pizza with cupping pepperoni and sausage. Traditional brick oven NY pizza. Wow. I was very pleased. Top 10 Cuse area! I could only imagine eating it after it came straight out of the oven. It would 've been amazing. We also ordered a Detroit style pizza. That too was authentic and true to the name. To our surprise they threw in an order of wings. I guess compensation for the delivery time. No need, but greatly appreciated. I believe they were the everything wings. I gotta say, they were very unique. I never had that taste in a wing sauce before. Crispy and covered with plenty of sauce too. One of a kind, and on point! They need to represent with those in The Battle of The Wings that is coming up! I 'm not sure of what the side sauce was. Tasted like a sweet heat. Great to dip the wings in! Maybe even to drizzle over the pizza!‍ All in all a great experience. My family who dined also agreed. I 'm definitely a fan. Next time I 'll have to try some calzones, or some other menu items. I can 't wait to reheat the the leftovers for a more out of oven experience. Check em out!!!"

"I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. We ordered through DoorDash, which indicated that Gumby’s would be delivering our food themselves. We waited over an hour and never received our order. When I checked the DoorDash app, it claimed the food had been delivered, but I searched everywhere on the porch, and there was nothing there. As for reaching them by phone, one number is completely out of service, and the other just keeps ringing before eventually disconnecting."

"I must say I was very surprised that this place had such good pizza. Living in Chicago and working in large cities throughout our life's has surely made us aware of good and bad pizza. No offense to the MT Pleasant people born and a aided to only have had a limited pizza choice. I have heard so many people name Doughboys as the Pizza to beat. I have ordered dozens of pizzas and always said if this is s the standard I'm very very disappointed as have always had the best to choose from. I have found the local pizzas are have to much bread or a sauce that's to bitter or to sweet or just like pepperoni and cheese on a loaf of bread? Really poor choices of places and quality . Ok Here it is my review !New York Pizza is a true winner in comparing good and bad pizza. New York pizza has a perfect crust with its thickness and ingredients. The crust is solid and not mushy . The cheese is real and comes with enough cheese that does require a add on. The meats and vegetables are fresh and prepared properly. The sauce is not to Spicy by has just enough kick. Not sweet or to sour. The price is fair and I must say it's the best pizza I have found in the Mt Pleasant Area including Northern Fayette County. I'll rather drive a little distance and pick it up than continue to buy the pizza locally that is clearly only for a family snack or just clearly convenient . ."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to order sides of onion rings with our order and was told that a bucket of onion rings would be a better value because it is bigger and costs $6.99 When our order arrived it was not a bucket nor was it enough for 3 people which was a total of 8 onion rings. I called to complain that this was not a bucket and all they wanted to do was argue with me and then said they only have 1 size of onion rings. The food is great but the customer services is absolutely horrible . Will not ever order from here again and will not recommend this place to anyone."

"I was excited seeing a Novitnys listed in Worthington delivered to Ford City! Short lived excitement...my first order, no problems. Hot delish pizza. My second order was really late being delivered. The delivery driver called lost but didn 't leave her number. I called Novitnys and I was told, we don 't deliver to Ford City , The delivery person was the only one they had , and they were located in Saxonburg. I especially loved hearing you 're not our only customer ! And I was being nice! According to the woman on the phone, they no longer have a Worthington location nor do they deliver to Ford City. It 's a shame because they have such good pizza and they deliver...I never did get a refund like the woman said. they didn 't say there were 2 different businesses on the phone! I would 've ordered elsewhere!! NOW they reply with it."

"New to the area. Wanted to try something local, as pizza is.... pizza.... but, this is GREAT pizza. Crust was golden brown and held ALL of the toppings without folding. We got the Price Buster pizza and I was surprised that with so many toppings, the crust held up! Very cheezy too... in top bottom of the toppings. Will def come back next time to try the Mediterranian pizza and Louisiana wings. Vegetarian options: Had veggie options on the menu, and will also accommodate any pizza without question. Kid-friendliness: Have many options for single order items, and.... what kid doesn't like pizza! Dietary restrictions: They made the accommodations I wanted with no extra charge, so I'm sure they would do the same for anyone else."
