"What a great addition for Mountain View! I had the delightful experience of speaking with the owner today. There was a small mix-up with my online order, but it wasn't a big deal for me. However, about 15 minutes after I left the restaurant, I received a call from the owner. He sincerely apologized for the mix-up and shared a lot about their history and operations. I truly appreciated that call. He didn't have to reach out, but he chose to, and that was really impressive. I can't recommend Frankie’s enough. Their pizza is fantastic, made fresh to order. The dough is prepared daily, and it really makes a difference in the taste. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer and recommend Frankie’s to everyone. They’re a small local business that truly deserves support."
