"First I want to say that I've been coming here since I was a little 10 year old boy. For the last 25 years we've loved and supported this place so much. Tonight I had a very bad experience with one of the managers( Tall skinny guy with short hair, blue shirt light hair as I stepped out of the way so he could pass. My son and I wear masks and do not eat in the restaurantbut we always order our food to go after our family eats. After we stepped out of the way for the manager and said you go aheadsir he gave me the worst dirty look and didn't even acknowledge me and then went 2 steps to the bar and talked with his friendsat the bar. We are just starting to come out of covid and ready to demask and had planned on coming to the brown bottle at leastevery two weeks from now on like we used to. Let me say though the owner is an amazing man who is very kind which is why I'mgiving three stars instead of one. He welcomed us to my birthday dinner like we belonged there. It is because of him that I willbe returning. Amazing owner and amazing food. Hopefully after my next visit I can change it back to five stars. I'll tell youthat never again will I step out of the way for that manager who looked at my son and I like we were freaks with completedisrespect. My child is diabetic with an auto immune disease so we have to be safe. I just wish we weren't judged in a place mygrandpa always took us to as kids."

"Having a home nearly next door to another Greek inspired steakhouse in the area for about a year and a half now, my wife and I have driven by this place countless times saying someday . I visited their website and their Thursday night date special was where my mind was at, but because we 're rarely around on Thursdays, it would never happen. We bit the bullet this past Saturday and now I can hardly wait to go back. Let me start with the decor. The outside of the building was completely unassuming. As we entered the building, it was almost as though the angels were singing. The carpet was plush, the walls darker in color, the rooms dimly lit, but no so much that you couldn 't read your menu. The overall feel of the place was ritzy. Service at first was a little clunky as we were told about the specials while standing up with our hostess blocking access to one side to our seating. The service improved beyond this first experience. We ordered a drink and water to start. The wine pours were reasonable. Our waitress came around with our drinks and told us about Saganaki. Not knowing much about it really, we were pleased when it came out and it was really entertaining, and delicious too, albeit filling. My wife had the French onion soup, and bacon wrapped scallops and I had the wild rice soup and the early bird prime rib done medium with garlic mashed potatoes. The French onion soup was delicious, and so was the wild rice soup. We both felt that if we had eaten it all, we might not be hungry by the time our entrees arrived. Did I mention there was bread too? We didn 't partake. The prime rib and garlic mashed potatoes weren 't plated together, which was ok. My prime rib was done beautifully. I 'm used to seeing a small dish with au jus at other places that serve prime rib, but this wasn 't included here. There was ample juice on the plate itself, which is likely why the mashed potatoes weren 't plated together. First bite was amazing. Delicious, warm, tender and flavorful too. I really don 't think I could have ordered a better option. The garlic mashed potatoes were tasty, but the texture was a bit more runny and less fluffy. The bacon wrapped scallops were plated well visually appetizing. And I 'm pretty sure anything wrapped with bacon makes it better, right? The size of the scallops did not disappoint either. They were cooked perfectly, bacon was crisp enough and the scallops weren 't overcooked. They tasted really good too. There was a bit of spiciness to them. It wasn 't overly pronounced, but just enough to let you know it 's there. The bill was reasonable too. I 've paid much more for lots less. Suffice it to say we couldn 't finish our meals. We took our leftovers home. We left content and pleased with our dining choice. We will definitely be returning again. This time I don 't think we 'll wait for a year and a half. "We had a weekend full of excitement, dedicating our time to each other. The tortilla soup was outstanding, with perfectly balanced spices and temperature. It was hotter than usual, but just right since we chose to sit outside. The guacamole and chips were fresh, with just the right amount of lime and lemon to enhance the flavors. The chips were crisp and delightful. The tempura shrimp was also fresh, juicy, and flavorful. The aioli sauce that accompanied the shrimp added a spicy kick that enhanced the dish even further. I ordered a drink called "Lavender Escape," which struck a perfect balance—not too strong or too weak—and I could taste all the ingredients. Each dish complemented the next, with precise spices that made everything flow beautifully together. To top it all off, a guitar player was performing 90s hits acapella as we watched the sunset, which truly made the weekend special. Our server, Jacob, was incredibly attentive and dedicated, making sure we had everything we needed. He was genuinely polite and even overly apologetic about small things, though I reassured him that it was completely understandable. This dinner with my sister was truly unforgettable, especially since we don’t get to see each other often. It was a fantastic experience, and I’m grateful to the staff for making it possible. With our busy lives, it’s important to occasionally escape reality and retreat into our own little paradise with the right person. This experience really boosted our spirits!"
