"I ordered a one-topping pizza, but while I was checking out, I noticed a drink had been added to my order that I never requested. I canceled the order and asked why the price on the register didn’t match the menu. The cashier told me it was because I had added extra cheese. I explained that I wanted just a one-topping cheese pizza and that cheese was my additional topping. He insisted that it was considered extra. I tried to clarify that cheese was meant to be my topping, but the young cashier wouldn't hear it and suggested I go somewhere else. So, I did. I refuse to spend my money at any business that doesn’t appreciate its customers or tries to take advantage of them."
