"it 's a solid bowl regardless, but if you live in east LA or even further east than that, this is your best and closest option. parking in the area sucks, the shop is small, and there is often a long wait, but i 've never disappointed even then. the tonkotsu is delicious without being too thick/heavy, and the pork belly is a generous, tender portion. their tsukemen is deliciously flavor packed (they will warn you if you 're unfamiliar that it 's a 'fishy ' broth which makes sense because i 've known people who have returned it not realizing what they were ordering). their karaage is decent, and i definitely like the rice bowls you can get as a 'combo ' with your noodles they even added a salmon poke bowl recently to stay on trend."
