Their food is consistently delicious, and the lo mein is especially tasty, although it can be a little greasy on occasion. All in all, it's a reliable choice! "My husband and I recently moved to the area and were searching for some good Chinese food. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because I was really looking forward to a great meal! The chicken fingers were decent, but the noodles had a strange, off-putting taste—they reminded me of a farm! It seemed like the food had been cooked days earlier and simply reheated for us. It was quite unappetizing, and even the white rice had that stale flavor. Overall, it just tasted old and gross."

"I decided to give this restaurant a try last night after they left flyers on our doorstep, but it was quite disappointing. The food didn’t taste fresh at all; the rice had several undercooked pieces, and the lo mein was cold. It felt like we were eating leftovers, but not the enjoyable kind. Although our order was ready for pickup pretty quickly, I suspect that’s because the food had already been heated up. We ordered in the evening, so perhaps the food would be better if we tried it during the day."

"Hit and Miss??. Until recently, I would say this was our favorite wing place. I have promoted it as the best around. The last 2 times we have been at there, the service was very poor and almost as if we were imposing. The last time it took 15 min for someone to take our drink order and 15 min later we still didnt have cokes! We also placed an order online recently.. the person taking the order was one of the rudest I have had in awhile and again.. imposing attitude while I was placing a $50+ order. When my husband got home with the order.. the wing choices were not what I ordered and were not the quality we have previously enjoyed. We used to love Serums's wings.. want the service and quality back! Right now, the chineese resturant nearby has awfully good spicy wings and we dont drive far!"

"I would strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. Last night, I accidentally dropped all my Christmas money, and their delivery driver picked it up and took it with him. When we called the restaurant, they sent the driver home with my money. This completely ruined my kids' Christmas as that money was meant for our meal and gifts. Thank you for mistreating your customers and causing pain and distress. If I could give them zero stars for their customer service, I would. I have never felt so hurt and betrayed before. I have never stolen from anyone in my life, but apparently it's acceptable for others to do so. Lesson learned."
