"In an earlier career, I worked as a Sous Chef for the Westin Chain, so I have some background. Our meal started off very well. Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us pair a wine with out entrees. We did have a hiccup when the entree was served and the Lamb was severely under cooked. Waiter took it back to be corrected. After mins, I requested the meal be boxed as my wife was already done eating. Things happen as we are human, it is how a place handles those misfortunes. The General Manager Ezra Saul came to our table and took full responsibility. He was even willing to pay the waiter the gratuity he earned for doing a good job. Normally this would have ended the relationship and I would never give them a second shot. But I felt they we genuine and everything else was so good. We truly enjoy fine dinning and will be coming back to have the meal we know they are capable of. Brian McKenna"
