"Awesome little old school Italian deli with great food I had a delicious Chicken Cutlet sandwich special of the day. Fresh crispy tender chicken cutlet , melted provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, baby Arugula , and a Basil Pesto Mayo on Italian Bread. The basil pesto mayo was absolutely delicious on the cutlet. The cutlet was so good and I wish there was a little more on the sandwich and I wouldn’t have minded if that pesto mayo was dripping out of all sides. I also tried a Chicken Cesar wrap which was also just as delicious with fresh cutlet , lettuce and dressing. They also have breakfast sandwiches , and a full deli with Thumans meats and a coffee bar. Had a few tables to sit and eat. Fast friendly service. I will be back to try other items"

"I would have went to subway if I wanted food and service this awful. I ordered 1 sandwich, tipped $2, so it was around $16. There was no one in line ahead or behind me. And then i waited about 15min for my 1 sandwich to be made. They had to heat up my bread, which seemed to take most of the time... was it frozen or something? The bread was crunchy on the outside and flat and soggy inside, and there were a couple big pieces of fat mixed in with the chicken, just disgusting. After spitting out the 2nd piece I threw the rest away. I have been to the downtown location more times than I can count, but this location is terrible. I will never come back again and will tell anyone who asks never to eat here. Too bad because the car theme and decor was awesome and the employees were nice."

"I didn’t want to do this and was going to let it go and shrug it off but this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth…literally ha I had previously mostly enjoyed this place but this last go I went and ordered avocado toast with feta and mangos and a berry smoothy with bee pollen and chia seeds. I noticed there was no feta and when I asked about it I was just told “oh we don’t have that anymore” ok would have been nice to tell me beforehand because it’s a dollar extra. Also should update the website. I said that’s fine get me some goat cheese instead. On a side note the berry bliss smoothy was a light brown I know there were add ons but we’re talking blueberries here it’s a very dark juice so something is clearly amiss with this smoothy but figured whatever I’d let it go. Then the bread wasn’t cut in half ok another sloppy mistake let it go. Then I went to bite into the toast and my teeth nearly cracked on something very hard that was clearly not edible and not supposed to be on an avocado toast. It seemed to be from the goat cheese but wasn’t sure. So we have two sloppy mistakes a poorly made smoothie and now a health hazard. On top of that the girls were kind of laissez fair about it all. Now they didn’t know about the hard object since I found that out when I had left and was too late but still I don’t feel confident of quality to go back and clearly more quality control needs to be enforced to prevent someone cracking their tooth. Otherwise was before a great place so I’m sad I won’t be coming back."
