"I lived in Thailand for six years, and I was married to a Thai woman who cooked Thai food for me every day. So I know authentic Thai cuisine. There is no such thing as 100% authentic Thai food in the USA because it is impossible to buy all ingredients here. However, the food at The Siamese Cat is some of the best Thai food I have eaten here in the states. The owners, Oh and Name, were very friendly and gracious for me. And they are 100% authentic Thai people who are good enough for me. Especially considering that most Thai restaurants are operated by non-Thai people."
