"This place had by far the worst ceviche I’ve ever had. The avocados were perhaps prepared hours ago. The plantain chips were soggy. The tacos were even worse. The avocado chunks already turned black but the waitress insisted they did not go bad because they passed through health department inspections and stuff. Well, I’d recommend the health department take a good look at this place. The best part was the same waitress automatically added a 20% tip to our check. Epic."
