"I made reservations for lunch Kings to celebrate my wife's birthday during the week. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their choices, and the table service was great too. But several issues came up which ruined my wife's birthday celebration. Mywife didn't like where we were being seated so she asked to be seated near the entrance but they said it would be a few minuteslonger so we returned to the original seats towards the rear of the al fresco area. Then the hostess came back within minutesof us sitting down. She apologized and showed us a different area. During our meal, we were looking for our waiter but he wasbusy. So in the meantime we were trying to get any wait staff attention but they all ignored us. Lastly, my wife mistakenlyleft her lanyard at the table but they don't have a lost in found container. They could not find it."
