"My partner and I thoroughly enjoy our Velvet Buffalo experience, start to finish. Entering through Goodwin Hotel, we were greeted by cheerful, welcoming Staff, and quickly directed to receptionist for check-in. We then went up to The Rooftop and enjoyed a cocktail, expertly prepared by one of the several cordial bar tenders. We’d have preferred to enjoy a pub table but the only two were occupied, so we sat at the bar rather than the low box-like seating. Dining experience was terrific, again (this was our 2nd “date night” at Velvet Buffalo). Service was prompt and expertly done. Having studied the menu on-line, ordering was easy and fast. From appetizer to our dessert and coffee, the dining was delightful, again. Eye appeal of all the dishes was beautiful. Aromas flavors of our entrees were delightful, and portions are generous, we thought. “Wait time” for all our courses was terrific…expertly timed. Empty dishes disappeared quickly and water never slipped below half a glass. Through the entire meal, our server was prompt, cordial, and knowledgeable. She made us feel like highly valued guests! My Lady and I heartily recommend the Velvet Buffalo dining experience."
