"Additionally, there were no chopsticks available for the poke dish, which is surprising since they also offer sliced tuna. You would expect both dishes to be served with chopsticks. While the Caesar lettuce was nice and crunchy, the so-called "croutons" were just powdered crumbs rather than actual croutons, and the Parmesan was not freshly grated but rather powdered along with some other yellow cheese. The dressing also lacked the expected garlic flavor and any distinct taste of anchovy. If I'm spending over $100 on an entrée, I expect fresh baked croutons and high-quality shaved Parmesan, with the option to have more grated directly onto my salad, along with freshly cracked black pepper ground at the table. I don’t mind paying for valet service, receiving mediocre food, or dealing with subpar accommodations, but when I see prices for an iced shellfish tower over $200 and steaks at $140, I anticipate a much more satisfying experience. We ended up leaving after just an appetizer and a salad. If this had been a special occasion—an anniversary, a birthday, or a rare splurge at a restaurant I usually can’t afford—I would have been furious at the experience. I left feeling that the establishment is effectively scammy, taking advantage of unsuspecting patrons. This place seems to cater to clientele who have enough money to indulge but not the savvy to recognize a poor dining experience. I’d estimate their average patrons make six figures, but not significantly more. Postscript: I didn't order the lobster bisque I'd really wanted because I was worried it wouldn’t measure up to the incredible ones I’ve had in the past. As for parking, the valet service is shared between hotel guests and diners, which complicates retrieval of your car. When I requested my check, the server didn’t even offer to take my valet ticket up, which added to my frustrations."

"The trouble started while I was placing my order. The server seemed to have a limited understanding of the menu. I ordered the lobster eggs benedict with a fried egg instead of the poached one. When our meals arrived, I noticed the egg was still poached. I asked the server to confirm, and she assured me it was fried. However, I quickly realized it was indeed poached, so I removed it from my plate and placed it on a separate plate for my husband, who doesn’t mind poached eggs. In the meantime, I requested that the server replace it with a fried egg. A manager approached to address the mistake but insisted on taking the poached egg away. I told him it could stay since it would go to waste otherwise, and my husband could eat it. After all, it was their error, and I would end up waiting 15 more minutes for my meal while everyone else was already served. The manager was persistent about taking the poached egg, stating that we would be charged if we wanted to keep it. When the fried egg finally arrived, it was served without any hollandaise sauce. Additionally, our drink—which we had ordered before the food—was still not brought out. When I inquired about it at the bar, they quickly made it, suggesting they had simply forgotten. Overall, I found the customer service lacking. When they made a mistake, there was no empathy shown. Instead of charging us to keep the poached eggs, they could have just let my husband eat them since the order was wrong in the first place."

"Oh, Incrediburger. I wanted badly for you to live up to the name. I am a big fan of Chef Adam Heggestad, the brains behind this quick service concept downtown. Unfortunately, the food quality and lack of customer focus caused us to have a less-than-stellar dining experience. My partner and I ordered the Juicy Lucy and Pure Gold, respectively. For anyone who 's not a burger aficionado, a juicy Lucy describes a burger patty with cheese inside--you cut it open, the cheese comes out. This burger not only did *not* have cheese inside the patty, but as you can see from the picture, it didn 't even have cheese between the double patties. It was a dry Lucy. A crusty ol ' Lucy. The saddest of all the Lucies. I chose to have the Pure Gold lettuce wrapped. Presentation was underwhelming, but in their defense, lettuce wrapped sammies and burgers usually aren 't much to look at. My burger was super overcooked, though, which was a bummer. Also, the menu mentioned a truffle foie gras mayo which I was super stoked about, but that was omitted completely. I would have told my server, but she was nowhere to be found for the majority of our visit. My husband and I were discussing leaving because of how long we waited to order. The lobby had other diners and I 'm sure they do a lot of to-go business, plus the whole world is short staffed, so we did our best to give grace. However, when she did hop over to our table, she literally didn 't say a word. Not, hi, can I take your order, nothing. We awkwardly started giving our orders with no prompting. It was rough. The saving grace for this meal was the side of beef fat fries we got. They 're delicious! They also have a mean ranch for dipping with an extra punch of dill. We won 't likely be back, but we stan for Heggestad still. Hopefully with a little quality control this place can live up to its potential."
