"I was here a couple of weeks ago, and had a good time. However, there were a few things that made it a lackluster experience. 1. The biggest issue is that we went to check out the arcade, which it turns out doesn't exist. They do have Jenga and Shuffleboard, but that's it. They should definitely update the website and Google listing to reflect that there is no arcade. 2. Getting to the rooftop involves leaving the restaurant, cutting through a parking ramp, and taking the world's slowest elevator to the top level. This is mostly beyond Ox Cart's control, but it's worth mentioning for people interested in going. 3. The menu was pretty expensive for what it was. If I did come back, it'd probably just be for a couple of drinks and not for a meal or appetizers. All in all, it was still a good time and I loved the rooftop view, but it could have been better."
