"When we arrived for our 11am reservation, it was quite chaotic. There were guests both with reservations and walk-ins waiting in line, which made things confusing. It would have been helpful to have separate lines for each group. Once we were seated, we had to wait about 15 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. The food was just mediocre; the quiche was cold, and everything else was merely warm, not hot."
