"because this was our first time here was chosen to go with the tasting menu that was divided into three sections that could best be classified as: soup/salad apps and net. one of the apps we have ordered was no longer a small problem when a somewhat annoying start like this was 7:30 on Saturday and a restaurant should not run as early in a service imho. my lamb soup arrived, which was more a onepot than suppe with LARGE bites of carrots, celery, kartoffels and petersnip. Based on the fact that this restaurant describes itself as Mediterranean/North African roots, I expected that these aromene go through sadly, there was little to no seasoned in this tomato-based apotting the celery was fibrous my partner kicherbsenkuchen were processed with too much binder and therefore a very strange consistency even worse they were absolutely tasteless making them reminded of tiny vegan hockey picks. the waiter took to the knowledge that we did not eat one of our first cures and try to keep it easy I joked if the kitchen could get her game on the next cure and at least season the eating right, after all we had a nice bottle riesling that this eating ruined. the salads came and more of them were both dressed over, which made them not taste a culinary contradiction. the waiter returns to our uneven 2nd round and I ask him to make sure that my duck red blows and with crispy skin and the risotto luscious, but not loose. the owner came on our table and his only answer was no one else complained when I showed him the risotto that more similar fried rice and the fried and gray he was just shrunk and said he would review it like him. I am too much of an idealist, but should 't set a restaurant the standard and not too uninformed diners for their food."
