"We came in a large group, but the place was pretty empty. The server seemed inexperienced but also undertrained (I want to make it clear that I do NOT blame the server alone for our experience- it seems clear that this restaurant does not have a culture of high quality service . We placed our order- there were 8 of us. When we began receiving our order, we had a few mistakes- ok no problem. But then only half the orders came out. We waited for about 45 minutes for the last order to come out. My brother had to go over by the kitchen to cancel my sandwich which was not what I ordered, and he noticed the kitchen was also not getting orders out all together. My step-dad got upset and asked where the food was. No manager came over, and the server clearly was not handling it. As for the food… some of it was good, but some was just bland like the cod/pollack which was not served with lemon or tartar sauce. The pot pie was good and the Mac. My niece liked the shrimp pasta. HOWEVER, the servings are stupid large like for 3 people, and I have to wonder if they wasted less food could they train their staff better? Quantity does not make up for quality. We were just passing through and spent 2 hours(!!! there, most of which was spent waiting for food, waiting for a spoon I never got for a soup, waiting for the bill, and ultimately leaving full but unsatisfied."
