"This is an update to my previous review. I kindly ask the owner of this location to remove the option for a "sloppy" cupbop if you’re unable to fulfill it consistently. Every single time, except for one visit several months ago, we've ordered it and they've failed to add the extra sauce! It’s incredibly frustrating because I don’t enjoy it any other way. We usually order through DoorDash, but they often don’t answer their phones, leaving us with no way to ensure our order is correct. In-store service is just as problematic! The issue is that we typically visit a different location in American Fork, where we never have any problems. So, we tend to forget to double-check our order when we come here."

"I'm visiting the area for work. I like to try new places. I was a little hesitant because some places can have food that is not taste bud approved. But Cupbob is definitely taste bud approved. The food is like a party in your mouth. The chicken has the proper breading that makes it crunchy but not to crunchy that it is like eating a bone. The flavor is perfect. When you take a bite you get a flavor sensation that will hit the spot. I would highly recommend this place."

"This restaurant is absolutely delicious! The noodles are amazing and the steak is so tasty! I really enjoy a bit of spice, and the level 7.5 is just right. I was a bit hesitant to try the "Asian Drink" since I usually don't like fizzy drinks like sparkling water, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Asian Drinks are very satisfying and not too carbonated. I highly recommend trying them!"

"I had an amazing lunch at K-Bop! I ordered a combo bop with vegetables and pork, and I also tried their new K-Dawg, which came with cheese and sausage. You can choose from various coatings, including corn flakes or fruit cereal. Everything was prepared exceptionally well! The service was great, and the restaurant was clean. I loved the fun art on the ceiling too! It's definitely worth a visit! Food rating: 5/5."

"I recommend trying tgis place as it is different. I only gave it 4 stars because it just was not for me. I like trying new things and this was something new and different. It was good, but just not my cup of tea. The service was amazing. Smiles ontheir faces and friendly. Also knew the menu and was able to help with suggestions and spice level. The meat in my dish wasgood. Loved the rice noodles. Rice cooked right and my friend said her veggies were cooked just right, but like I said, the cupjust wasn't my thing. Atmosphere was also good. Fast service and I noticed others really enjoying what they were eating. I didorder ramen to go. It was good but I feel as I ate it the following day I can't do a fair review. Side note: I was able to trykimchi for the first time. If you haven't you should. It was really great!!! Sorry, not the best photo. As usual I didn'tremember until after digging into it."

"I’m not sure how the staff is trained, but they were quite stingy with the sauce on both orders, and it didn't taste as vibrant as at other locations. On a positive note, the cheese kdawg was quite tasty. We were surprised to find that the half and half was literally that—half cheese on top and half hotdog at the bottom. It would’ve made more sense if it were a whole hotdog covered in cheese and deep-fried like they do in Korea. Nevertheless, it was still good, and the kdawgs were definitely the standout dish for us, so I would recommend trying those."

"I like the food but the wait for the discount today was beyond ridiculous. And the fact that they were still allowing door dash? Oof. Completely screwed the dashers coming in who had a crazy wait and thought the food was ready. There is zero reason that it should take over an hour to get your food. Make an assembly line where you’ve got all the basics set up and then do the tweaks to them as people come down the line. Workers were literally standing there staring off into space not even making food. It was so bizarre and confusing. Everyone seemed super annoyed waiting and I mean, same. Hands down the worst and most ineffective dining set up we’ve experienced. Just wild."

"I visited this restaurant today, and I have to say the food was disappointing. I've been to the West Valley location several times, and the food there has always been great. However, at this location, my experience was not as good. I ordered a combo bop with Korean BBQ beef and BBQ chicken. Unfortunately, I received just three tiny pieces of chicken that were smaller than a typical chicken nugget, along with a questionable amount of beef. The chicken was hard and dried out. Additionally, I noticed that the potstickers were burnt on the sides from being kept in the holding pan for too long. I hope you have a better experience than I did. For now, I think I’ll stick to the West Valley location."

"Super disappointed. We used to enjoy coming here but the last time was awful! We ordered online and showed up at the end of the of the window of time it was supposed to be finished. My husband then waited inside for over 20 minutes. One employee looked athis phone with a line of people and wasn?t really helping with customers for a bit, even though they were busy. Several peoplewalked in, ordered, got their food, and left while he waited. The employees finally told him that they lost the order and thenmade it for us. As you can see on the receipt, the promised time was 6:09, the ticket was printed at 6:40. No apologies, noexplanations. We have never experienced such terrible service. We won?t be returning."

I don 't care she didn 't get the job but the fact they put race into it is what has lost my business at Cup Bop and I go at a minimum of once per week. Being a business owner I know you can 't base employment on race and I told my neices family to file a complaint and/or sue."

"this location is absolutely terrible at making food. the cupbop bowls are always SWIMMING in sauce. like, three times as much sauce as any other cupbop location, to the point where its inedible. today my rice was actually undercooked and crunchy, while also engulfed in a SOUP of sauce. Ive tried this location multiple times over the last several months in hopes it would get better and it hasnt. this time it was incredibly over sauced, the rice was undercooked and crunchy, but also congealed together in a giant mushy block of rice. there was so much sauce on top of the chicken that I had to scrape half of it off."
