Faizal, the manager, responded to a simple question I had about why sales tax was being charged on credit card fees by immediately threatening to call the police. This was surprising and unnecessary, as I wasn’t refusing to pay the fees—I just wanted clarification. Edit after response from management- Thank you for your response, which now makes sense. However, this same explanation could have been provided by the manager without resorting to threats. He even started to make the call, which felt like an overreaction and came across as arrogant. I hope you’ll address this with Faizal, as this behavior is not what one would expect from someone in a management role. While we truly enjoyed the food, this incident has left a negative impression, and as a result, we won’t be returning or recommending this location to our friends and family"
