"The food is great but they often forget to send the Persian bread for which they charge a good bit extra (it is not included for to-go or delivery items). They did this to me again today and it just annoyed me. I am a regular customer, and I will go back, but they really need to correct this re-occurring issue!"

"I think it was Abraham Lincoln who said that you can't believe everything you read on the internet, and who am I to argue with Honest Abe. So with all the hubbub surrounding Paprika these days and having a meeting on Madison and 36th I decided that it was bashert that I check it out myself. Place was very cool and clean, staff was enthusiastic and helpful, nice separation of the counters between the toasties, the hot dishes and the salad station. Salad was very fresh, food was very interesting and far from your typical Israeli menu but in the best kind of way. Think if your grandmother did a foodie tour before she made you dinner. Would have loved to have the time to try most of the menu. I guess that means I'll have to get back again and again. Sorry Mr googler/yelper, you may seem very big and spicy behind your keyboard, but whatever your reason I think you need a little more Paprika in your life"

"The food was delicious. Sat in the back patio at the semi shared large tables. The hummus was very good and fresh bread was delicious. I enjoyed the lamb, chicken kabobs was my favorite and shrimp was ok. It is BYOB so very good value. Both the rice and salad sides are so good. Service was a tad slow, but laid back atmosphere so kind of expected. Good Hoboken spot for healthy and fresh food."

"Overall Good! However I didn’t like that there was no hot freshly made bread as has been in past visits. I’ve been told if you’re eating before 4:30 it’s not available. (This seems ridiculous and CHEAP…I’ll never be back prior to 4:30 again) What you get is some kind of pita bread that looks feels and tastes like it comes out of a bag. I also was just about to lose my mind with an incessant recurring noise that sounded like either a door opening chime (The kind you’d expect to hear entering a cheap shop, or the smoke alarm needs new batteries) that said, I enjoyed the food, the waiter was very nice, the price is fair, and overall it was good! Fix the issues and it’ll be awesome!"

"Fantastic Persian and Mediterranean cuisine in Del Mar. Beautiful location, cozy seating area, fifty bar all tastefully located in a place in the heart of Del Mar in the south of the 15th. Street done. Your Soltani court was from this world. Perfectly made kebobs, the best steamed Basmati rice you ever had, and brilliant mezahs. The owners were on the wheel and checked for us mg to make sure we had a great experience. Parker Ng could be a challenge during the busy times, but we don't mind the 3 minutes walk in Del Mar"

"I am glad that I found this hidden gem while looking on Google! I dined here about a week ago for lunch with a colleague of mine and we both had a great experience. We were the only ones there and were immediately greeted by the gentleman there. He was very thorough and explained all of the items that we had questions about and even informed us of the different specials that they had. I ordered the chicken kabob with a variety of rice and vegetables. The food was absolutely amazing! The chicken was very well seasoned and the rice blend complimented it perfectly. We did not have to wait long at all for our food which was great. You also receive the side of bread with two dipping sauces that were pretty good as well. The portion sizes are great! I feel that you get a good amount of food for a very reasonable price. I look forward to dining here again!"

"We stopped by for a casual dinner and loved the food! We ordered the family meal, which was more than enough for 2-3 adults—perhaps even 4 if someone isn't particularly hungry. We definitely took some leftovers home to enjoy later. The salad came with a light lemon and olive oil dressing that was just right. The chicken was moist and flavorful, while the Kubideh was well-seasoned and tender. There was plenty of rice to go around. We also ordered hummus as an appetizer, which we really enjoyed, although we wished there had been a little more bread with it. Fortunately, some extra bread came with our family meal, allowing us to finish all the hummus. We sat outside on the small shaded terrace and had a high chair for our toddler. The waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our meal. We’ll definitely be back for more Persian food!"
