"I recently visited Kathleen's Cottage for the third and final time. The first two visits had excellent food and service. However, this time we encountered the worst waitress I have seen in years. She messed up our orders, overcooked our meat, and served us tasteless beef that was supposed to be Angus. We were not given any bread, cutlery, or napkins initially (the cutlery only came with napkins after we requested food). The bread (without butter) was brought to us at the end of the meal after we asked for it multiple times. It took three requests before we finally got a refill on our soda. Ten minutes after we placed our order, the waitress informed us that they were out of beef. It was too late for us to go elsewhere, which may be a good short-term strategy, but not good for the long term. Overall, this experience was a major disappointment."
