"Had a weirdly passive-aggressive and rude experience here that completely bewildered me.The staff were all busy preparing online orders and there was no one taking orders for the people in line. (It was just me and one person behind me.)There was a giant industrial-sized air conditioner/fan unit (the size of a large wardrobe) at the front of the line, blasting air straight into the faces/eyes of anyone standing there, so I moved a little further away from it (but still at the counter) while I was waiting for someone to be ready to take a new order.Someone finally arrived and then scolded me for not standing in the correct place (even though it had been several minutes of waiting with no staff around to take orders, and the line consisted of only me and one other person) and when I explained that I had simply moved out of the blast-zone of the fan because it had blown a piece of debris into my eye, they were very sarcastic and rude, so I decided to just leave.Most disappointing experience at a Sweetgreen ever. Much better to go to a different location. I’ve had really pleasant interactions at other locations, even if it’s just a simple smile or kind tone of voice."
