"Im literally the only one sitting in the restaurant with my 2 year old granddaughter. We are waiting for a $35 to go order. I asked if we could have a glass of ice water (tap water) as we wait. I was told NO. I had to buy a water because our order was to go. There were 1/2 empty glasses of water on the counter from previous customers. The young lady said “water not free”. She’s literally in the back shouting at the top of her voice for the duration of preparing our food and adds a big yell “Nothing is Free Here!!” I’m new to the area this place is 2 blocks from my house. I have been here several times to eat in take out. I will drive across town for Thai for now onanywhere but here. For being a small business that struggles like everyone else, you would think trying to keep paying customers coming back to your establishment would be your #1 goal. It was a request for tap water. I’m sorry, it’s a food industry “no brainer”! It was just a poor professional choice."
