"Our experience at the restaurant did not match what we expected based on the OpenTable listing. The Penthouse, which we thought we were dining at, was closed for a private event, but this information hadn't been updated on OpenTable. Additionally, the menu presented on OpenTable was extensive and appealing, but when we arrived, we were given a much more limited option. To make matters worse, my starter was served alongside my main course instead of with the other guests’ starters. Two of our entrees arrived cold. When I mentioned this to our waiter, he seemed surprised and asked, somewhat unhelpfully, if I wanted to send it back. When I agreed, he inquired whether I wanted the same dish heated or a completely new one. I opted for a new meal, but what I received was the same cold sides and a reheated steak. At that point, I decided to give up on the meal altogether."
