"Delicious lunch and craft beer. I had the seasonal special Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and it was to die for. The Havarti cheese! The caramelized grilled onions! The perfectly buttered country-style toast! But the star of the show was the short rib meat, braised with Z. Alexander Brown Red Blend wine, hand-shredded and piled on for a big, juicy bite. My side was the Hatch Mac, which is macaroni cheese made with Cavatappi pasta, and a blend of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses with Hatch chiles. Creamy and perfectly cooked to al dente. My husband had the Ranchero Chicken Wrap, which is grilled chicken, bacon, diced tomatoes, red onions, mixed cheeses, shredded lettuce, and Ranch dressing, all wrapped in a tortilla. He enjoyed it with the crispy, seasoned sweet potato fries. They have a good selection of local craft brews and no end of TVs to watch your favorite sport. Great restaurant to replace the old Logan's Roadhouse. Can't wait for their next seasonal menu!"
