Just let the staff know! Some of my favorite vegan options include hummus, falafel, and tofu. I also love the Thai cashew dressing. My go-to bowl is the buffalo southwest with tofu instead of chicken, jicama instead of cheese, and Thai cashew instead of ranch dressing."
