The prime tenderloin was cooked to perfection with a pleasing peppered and salted crust, accompanied by pickled red wine reduction onions and béarnaise sauce. The lobster risotto, while perfectly prepared, had an overpowering seafood taste, and the white wine in it wasn't reduced enough. On the other hand, the lobster mac and cheese was rich and delightful. The crème brûlée was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, this steakhouse is definitely worth a visit if you're in Waco!"
