"Our first time to Roost American, the wait staff were friendly, however, a little slow. For Mother's Day, it was a nice treat. Cater to a higher-end customer. Food was good, not great, the buffet offered for the Mother's Day Brunch was not very expansive, maybe a dozen or so items. I might go back to Roost American if there is an event at the Fraze we were attending, I don't think I would go on a regular basis. Good basic experience, I wasn't overly impressed."
