"the lateral door entrance, adjacent to a dwelling, is the perfect representation of this easy to miss spot. the man behind the bar greeted every person who went with a smile. quickly to ask to answer. a mixture of a bar and a restaurant that pub vibe was excellent. we ordered a baked fish with cole slaw, pommes and makkaroni salat as well as a double order of the hot south buffalo wings. the fish was perfectly crispy and damp, a gentle haddock flavor, perfectly complemented by the bright vinegar offered along the side. the cole Slav was great shredded, with a light sweet and wonderful fresh crumbs. the makkaronisalat was rich and creamy, without being too heavy. the fries were a thin, skin on, real kartoffel taste affair. a great part and a joy in the souls. the buffalo wings were tender, juicy, crispy and soft to the right wise. you could bite through the skin without pulling it in a bite. the hot level of the sauce was right for a real buffalo fan. it did not make me sweat, but it hit all the right notes of a perfect sauce. the neonorange on the fingers, the bright vinegar stamp and the butter sweets balanced with heat. with celery, carrots and blue cheese dips this will be my way for buffalo wings. the bartender also mixed a good gimlet, a light drinking cocktail that brings the fritted fishing experience to 11. when they are in town and looking for a lively pub experience with good drinks and good eating, marinaro 's larkin tavern is their destination."
