"This is my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. It's the perfect spot to bring loved ones and impress guests with both delicious food and fair prices. Don't even bother glancing at the menu; it’s filled with typical Italian dishes you can find anywhere. Instead, let the server delight you with enticing descriptions of the daily specials, which include around a dozen options—two or three appetizers and the rest are truly amazing dinner choices. It takes him about ten minutes to go through everything; he's the most passionate food enthusiast I've ever met, and he isn't even the owner. The selection is fantastic, and we always struggle to make a decision. However, the porcini mousse appetizer with aged Parm strips is just exceptional; it's tough not to want to lick the plate clean. The desserts are equally impressive. While the wine list is affordable, we prefer to bring our own and enjoy the reasonable corkage fee. The restaurant has only about nine tables, so you never have to deal with a crowd. I’ll keep coming back as long as this gem remains open—it's that good."
