"We flew in from Arizona to celebrate New Year’s in beautiful Glenwood Springs. The Pullman was next to our stay at the Hotel Denver, so we decided to try them for dinner. Hands down one of the most memorable meals we’ve had! Sitting at a high top table next to the window we watched the snow come down, Christmas lights in the distance, kids playing in the snow, while we drank our Brown Butter Old Fashions and shared the Deviled Eggs. For dinner we had the Bass, Steak Salad, and Brussel Sprouts….Oh and two more Old Fashions! We wrapped up our evening with the crumble and donuts. The service was impeccable, as was the ambiance and food. Thank you for a great night!!"
