It was incredibly crunchy, and I loved the texture—it’s something I haven’t experienced before in Texas. The tripe was cooked to perfection, literally melting in my mouth. The orange sauce was delicious, spicy, and packed with flavor. I can’t wait to come back and explore more items on the menu. My partner had the chicken tacos, which were full of flavor, although they were a bit on the dry side. However, the great taste made it a minor issue. If you visit, be sure to try at least one of the crunchy American-style tacos. I had five tacos and a glass of Coke for just $22—an excellent lunch for you and a friend!"
