"My family and I visited Cape Coast Cuisine after church, eager to enjoy some authentic African food and support the business. However, the staff member at the counter barely acknowledged us when we spoke to him. He had a sullen expression on his face, as if we were imposing on him by being there. Despite this, we went ahead and ordered two servings of banku with snapper. Unfortunately, the food took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best. I can't understand why we had to wait so long only to be served a cold meal. The sauce was overly watery and chilly, and the fish was excessively salted. I won't be returning to Cape Coast Cuisine again."
