"As soon as we walked in, the host shouted at us, asking, "How many people?!" without greeting us at all. When we ordered for a party of five, they brought out all the starters and main courses at the same time, leaving our table overcrowded. We requested the main dishes be served after we finished the appetizers, but the server, with a very rude demeanor, refused, claiming that because we hadn’t specifically asked for the starters first, she wouldn’t accommodate our request. When we pointed out that it’s customary for starters to be served before the main courses, she insisted that she didn’t need to be taught how to run a restaurant, boasting about her 15 years of experience. We had never encountered such rudeness and arrogance before. The server continued to raise her voice even from the front counter and was disrespectful to her Hispanic staff as well. We will never return to this establishment. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like a burden rather than a valued customer, then good luck dining here. (The only reason I'm giving them one star is that I can't submit a review without at least one star.)"
