"I placed an order through DoorDash, but one item was missing. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that the item hadn’t been given to the driver because it was still cooking, yet they let him leave without my complete order. DoorDash arranged for a redelivery, but when the driver arrived, they had given my food to someone else. This caused my driver and my kids to wait for an extra hour. I received no apologies, and when I called the restaurant again, the employee said they wouldn’t provide any credit for the inconvenience. I asked for the names of the staff on shift since I was advised to call back the next day when the owner would be there. Instead of helping me, they hung up on me. I remained calm but was very disappointed, especially since I order from this restaurant quite often. The service was completely unacceptable."
