"When I heard about Paradise Biryani Pointe's good reputation and read positive reviews, I was excited to try their food. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular branch was really bad. I ordered biryani and appetizers, and was told that the biryani would take 5 minutes to prepare, while the appetizers would take 15 minutes. However, the appetizers arrived after a 30-minute delay, and the biryani came even later, after 45 minutes. Despite being given multiple assurances that my order was almost ready, these turned out to be false. I was also disappointed by the ambiance of the restaurant. The music being played on TV was really irritating, and as an Indian myself, I did not appreciate the music choice. However, the worst part of my experience was the biryani itself. The rice was overcooked, soggy/watery making it unappetizing and disappointing. As a result, I will not be returning to this branch of Paradise Biryani Pointe, as it did not meet my expectations, which had been set by the standards of other branches. To make matters worse, the restaurant only provided two plates for our group of four people, which added to the overall poor experience. I had to request additional plates and wait an additional 10 minutes for them to arrive, which only made things worse. It's worth noting that I am a food enthusiast and have tried many Indian restaurants in the past. When I heard about the reputation of Paradise Biryani Pointe, I was eager to give them a try, hoping to add another great restaurant to my list. However, my experience at this branch was disappointing, especially given the high standards I had come to expect from other branches of the chain. Despite this negative experience, I remain hopeful that the other branches of Paradise Biryani Pointe will live up to their reputation."

"Hello, I don't usually post, however, I hope to contribute my experience to other people. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was very nice and clean, I asked the manager about the size of the bowl of Mullgataway (lentil) soup, I ordered it, and asked about how the chicken tikka salad was prepared, and I told him just bring me the soup, then I'll see if I ask for the salad, and then a waitress came and brought me the 2 dishes, I didn't like it when I saw that, but well, I accepted it. Then I tried the soup and I didn't see any lentil beans but I didn't like the taste. Then I left the soup and I thought at least I was going to eat the salad and then when I tasted it, it was very spicy. So neither of the 2 dishes was to my liking. I thought, I can share my experience with the waitress about my appreciation of the 2 dishes and the waitress, she was not empathic, I saw that she went to talk to the manager. The manager came and brought me the bill, when I saw that they were charging me for all the consumption (although I had not really consumed the food), I also told the manager my appreciation of the food, I mentioned that the lentil soup did not have lentils and did not taste to lentils and that on the menu, the salad did not specify that it was spicy, and he said: this is what it is. So, I offered him an apology if I misunderstood the menu but I mentioned him that this was not what I expected, so he told me, okay I'll give you a discount, I thanked him and apologized. When I saw the bill the discount was 0.50 cents on a plate and 0.70 cents on the second plate, and I really couldn't believe it.!! Although the bill was not very high, I really felt that there was no empathy, nor a good description on the menu! I share my experience with other people about this case! And it was not a good experience there!"

"We have been eating at Persis Biryani Hamilton for many years now, and the food was consistently very good. The restaurant has largely extended its menu now with numerous new dishes added in every category, for everyone 's like and taste. Tonight 's take-out, however, left us somewhat disappointed. While we live less than 10 minutes ' drive from the restaurant, and some dishes like Bhindi Masala and Shrimp Chettitinadu were warm, the Shish Lamb Kebab that is supposed to come sizzling hot from tandoori oven was as cold and bone-dry as it could possibly be. It felt like it was prepared many hours prior to our order and was never heated. The supposedly butter naan was a piece of stale bread, on a harder side too. The restaurant has to take adequate measure to improve its operation to satisfy its customers, especially in our trying times. PS. I just changed my rating (3 stars originally) due to the phone call received from a restaurant a few minutes ago, containing nonsensical if not outright false claims. According to the management, the food was ready by 6 PM in their system because the delivery is done via GrubHub. Why? The GrubHub order was specified as 6:45 (10 minutes ' drive to our house), so WHY was it ready 35 minutes prior? Secondly, two other dishes came in warm, so it has nothing to do with delivery. For the management 's refusal to own up their poor service, asking me in addition to remove my review, the restaurant is getting 1 star."
