"What can I say about food that is served from the heart, no adjective can do justice, we were visiting Denver for fall break and found this little gem, we were so glad we found such authentic Indian fare in Denver that we visited this place every single day we were there. We had barota kurma which was a flavor bomb, we had it multiple times, we also tried the potato fry, okra kaara kuzhambu and a humongous family dosa and Navratan kurma.I cannot fault them in any way, so very flavorsome, the servings were so generous and served with passion. We met the owners/ chef, and we could tell that they take pride in every plate that goes out of their kitchen. The service was great too. If you live in Denver or if you are passing by, do visit this place, you will definitely go again and again. This is a gem that cannot be missed. We hope to come again sometime soon..."

"Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The plates were dirty. We reached way early than the closing time still were rushed into ordering food. After ordering we received the main course before appetizers. We could order anything else as they straight away told that the kitchen was closed even though they let a few people in after we ordered. There was hair in our food. The canned sodas were expired. We also had to go upto the reception to ask for everything. No server came to attend our table. The guy was bringing trash can to other tables while we were still eating. Terrible experience. Even Taco Bell is better and hygienic restaurant as compared to this. I would suggest you go to any other place if you want to have decent food and enjoy your meal."

"The food is great and the customer service was good too. Today when I and my family went to the Dosa Chaat with our twin infants with their strollers. Instead of being greeted by the white woman who was sitting at the first front desk (hostess), her first response was where are you going with that? We can't seat you guys here we have no space!? When the whole restaurant only had 4 other customers who were getting ready to leave. Her response was I can't move through or pass by your table with food. If she had put us at the back table she wouldn't have had that problem. My family and I have been coming to Dosa Chaat for years but have never been treated like this. We even ordered our wedding anniversary party food from this place before. We were going to place a large order for our kid's party after lunch. My family was embarrassed in front of the other customers who came in behind us. We are a mixed family I am from India and my husband is American. Not only it was embarrassing but we have been discriminated against and our kids. Not a kid-friendly place. I and my family will not be coming back here. There are other Indiana restaurants in the area much cleaner and more welcoming with better taste. ."

"I recently ordered Uthappam from Spice Venue along with other dishes. I have been ordering from this restaurant out of necessity, as there are not many options for Indian food nearby. While I do acknowledge that they have a few good items on their menu, I have noticed inconsistencies in their preparation. However, today I received a dosa instead of the Uthappam that I ordered. When I called to address the issue, a person named Bharani was rude and unapologetic, stating that this is how their chef prepares it and if I don't like it, I should stop ordering from them. This lack of consideration for the customer speaks volumes about the restaurant. This is not the first time they have made mistakes with my order, but today I felt the need to speak up. The attitude of the restaurant is disgusting, as they seem to care very little about the customer experience. I have always been patient due to the pandemic, but today I had enough. I had to confront them about their dishonesty and ask them to stop misleading customers with false information."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff and management were unhelpful, and no one was around to serve food. They even served water in a beer glass, which is quite unusual for a buffet. Additionally, there were no breads available, and I had to wait 40 minutes for them to serve some. Overall, the quality of the food was lacking, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The name implies a certain level of quality that simply does not match the experience or the prices."

"The first hot appetizer (Chicken 65) was brought out almost immediately and it was COLD! We believe it was a previously ordered dish by someone else that had been sitting for a while. After we complained, it was redone and excellent. In fact, all dishes we ordered were excellent. But, I suspect that we were initially taken for granted as Indian-Americans because Lime Lemon has a substantial non-desi clientele that it caters to and seeks to impress. We have been here several times because the food is excellent, one hopes the service to all patrons would be equally excellent!"

"Currently our favorite Indian restaurant in Tampa. Amazing food. Good quantity. Biryani, chili gobi, samosa chaat, puff are some of the items we tried so far and they were pretty good. They have disposable spoons, plates, glasses and to-go boxes kept at one corner and it’s self service. Food is also served in disposables. We like that they don’t have restricted hours and we can grab food any time of the day. Hope they start making Indo-Chinese soon as they were out every time we have been there even though it’s on their menu. Update: We visited today and they had Indo Chinese. We ordered Schezwan fried rice and gobi manchurian. Both the dishes were phenomenal. Taste was similar to how we get in India. I definitely recommend trying Indo-Chinese along with other dishes. They also have Groupon deal going on. Do check it out."

"I ordered over $50 worth of food, and unfortunately, everything was really dry except for the Samosas, which were good. I ordered two Samosas but only received one, and there was no tamarind chutney included. I also ordered Szechuan noodles, but I got rice instead. It felt like the person who packed my order didn't check it properly and just threw in whatever leftover items they had. I wouldn't have bothered writing a review if it was just the dryness, but missing items is unacceptable. I would recommend trying Desi Favors or Taj instead."

"I would give more stars, but the servers consistently make mild dishes stinky because they assume we cannot handle the heat. When we insisted that it should be spicy and extra spicy, it was lacking even mild heat. The dishes can be made the appropriate level of heat, as we occasionally get the proper level when ordering online. Even then, it seems there are times when the kitchen is purposely holding back on the heat level. If the ordering was consistent and the heat level reflected what was asked, this would be a great place to eat. Right now, it's marginally better than going down the street to the Spice Basket and making the dishes yourself."

"Now, regarding that mystery ingredient: I understand that Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice is a fusion of Indian and Sichuan cuisines, and I've enjoyed this dish countless times in the past. However, I had never encountered cumin—especially in such generous amounts—in Schezwan fried rice before. It was evident that the chef opted to use Jeera Rice (cumin rice) as the base for this dish instead of the traditional white rice. I'm not sure if this decision stemmed from laziness or a lack of white rice, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I ended up taking the dish home, where I prepared my own version. I sliced a chicken breast, added red pepper and Sichuan spices, and stir-fried it with some onions. Since I couldn't pick out the cumin from the rice, I had to work with what I had. "We were the only customers at 6 pm reservation and the server seemed surprised to see us. The menu was extensive and varied, but the lack of customers made us wonder how they keep so many items in stock. We ordered a goat curry and a shrimp curry, both of which were delicious. The goat curry had lots of bones, making it almost impossible to eat, but the sauce and cheese were excellent. The restaurant was quite dark and felt a bit disorganized (boxes visible in a corner, paper napkins, water served in Kirkland bottles). It was a bit strange, but perhaps they are just getting started. Despite this, the place has potential if they get more organized. We may give it another try in a few weeks to see if things have improved."

"This is probably one of the best value Indian Buffets in SoCal. The food was fantastic and refreshingly authentic. Generally buffets are characterized by quantity rather than quality and most of the food tastes the same. I am happy to report that this place keeps every item on the buffet original to its look and taste and it felt as if you had ordered this from their regular a-la-carte menu. They had chai and mango lassi as part of the buffet. Gulab Jamun and 2 other sweets for desert. They even had mukhsudhi and Rajnigandha! I will be checking my lease agreement tonight and we might be moving to Tustin soon . I hope they keep it this good and not loosen their standards. "This place was such a surprise! We had seen it on TikTok couple of times and we live in the area and went to check it out the first time and we got to the parking lot which was empty all businesses in the plaza closed down, the restaurant looked like it’s boarded up so we thought they had closed down and left. Few months later again in search of good Indian restaurant in the area we found it on google and it had 4.5 stars recent reviews so we decided to go check it out, got to the plaza and realized it was the same boarded up restaurant. But this time we saw 1 person enter. And I said let’s give it a chance and go in. To our surprise the place is really big, good for celebrations and parties. It was pretty empty so we were still skeptical but we saw people come in for take outs. The food is absolutely outstanding! The fusion chicken was perfectly crispy garlicky and peppery with hot pepper flakes and a really delicious mix of spices probably my new favorite and much tastier than chicken 65. The chicken 65 was ok, nice and crispy but lacked flavor, kinda washed up. The goat keema according to my husband is fantastic and reminds him of his childhood. Indeed it was tasty but a bit too strong and heavy of a lamb flavor for me and quite oily, however my husband rated it 100% and mind you he is a keema fan and expert. The cheese naan was nice but not too fluffed up, the cheese is inside the dough so won’t let it rise up, it was delicious nevertheless but more like a paratha with cheese filling. The star of the show is definitely their biryani line up. The goat dum biryani is out of this world experience where each grain has flavor and aroma and exceptionally fluffy separated not sticky not oily not dry, nice soft moist and flavorful with magical biryani spices. The goat meat was thoroughly and perfectly marinated flavored and super tender and juicy and aromatic! Definitely the best biryani I’ve tried in the US and I’ve tried other states too. The exceptional food was topped with exceptional aromatic masala tea and masala coffee, both extremely flavorful and aromatic with thick consistency and very fresh. This is definitely our new favorite restaurant for Indian food and we are lucky we are so close!!! Can’t believe we left the first time : ."
