"I had only had takeout from here on maternity leave before so was very excited to visit in person. I came here with my four month old daughter and had a pleasant experience ordering takeout—was excited to see the restaurant. I had ordered a latte and realized right when the barista gave me the latte I had forgot to specify iced—I apologized profusely and just asked for a cup of ice so I could fix it myself. The barista just looked at me with the most disdainful look at took the latte back to remake it into an iced latte. I apologized again and explained my daughter was in a sleep regression and I made a mistake because I was exhausted. She didn’t say anything and had the biggest attitude about it. I could have cried. I was so miserable waiting for my take out and just wanted to leave. To the barista with short gray hair—have some Compassion. Your service was atrocious.
