"Absolutely will return! The service was excellent. Quickly seated even though I arrived early for my reservation during a Friday dinner rush.My server was attentive and he had good suggestions. It was a fun dinner experience being able to cook your own dinner wok style at the table. The Spicy Samgyubsal pork was delicious. Cooked it crisp and it was incredible mixed with the scallion salad at the servers suggestion. The spicy chicken bulgogi was tasty but I would have loved it to be more spicy; however realize most people don’t like food as spicy as I like it. Loved the japchae rice noodles and they paired well with the spicy beef bulgogi. Tried one of craft pale ale beers but switched to Kirin as had a heavy smoke under tones and not my taste. I am a pretty judgmental diner and I would absolutely return."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at a family-friendly Korean all-you-can-eat restaurant, and it was an absolute delight. The service was genuinely warm and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The star of the experience was undoubtedly the food – the variety and quality were impressive. The all-you-can-eat format allowed us to sample a wide range of dishes, and each one was a flavorful masterpiece. But what truly stood out were the side dishes. From the kimchi to the pickled vegetables and everything in between, the array of sides was a true testament to authentic Korean flavors. While the restaurant was bustling, the staff managed to keep up with our needs and requests, which added to the overall positive experience. "I’ve been to GEN a couple times with my family and both experiences were a bit lacking.Service could be better, we had asked our waiter for a bigger portion of the Korean potato salad since it’s a huge fav for my sister and I, yet the waiter kept bringing one or two sides at a time despite us requesting more. If they have a limit to how many sides you can get I wish he would have just said so instead of nodding his head like he understood but still bringing the same amount each time.We also weren’t huge fans of their beef bulgogi. It came as a big slab of meat that doesn’t taste like it has much of the marinade. Honestly I recommend going to Red Castle instead, they know how to do Korean BBQ much better. I can’t think of any other food that really stood out. Corn cheese and their rice cakes weren’t bad but nothing really spectacular either. Same with the deep fried Mondu.Two stars because I thought their little alcohol drink pouches were cute and the vibe inside the restaurant is nice. But service and food could use some help!"
