"This is probably the best spot to grab a bite in the small town of Marathon. I would have rated them four stars, as the waitress was very friendly and seemed accommodating despite being busy. My mom and I both ordered salads; I had steak on mine and my mom opted for chicken. The food was decent—nothing to rave about, but fresh and edible. However, I specifically requested dressing (oil and vinegar) on the side, which didn’t happen, and my salad ended up drenched in honey mustard dressing, which I’m not supposed to eat. Additionally, I asked for avocado, but it didn't come on my salad; the waitress didn’t mention that they were out. Because of this, they lose a star for service and attentiveness in following through on orders. Overall, we appreciated the option for something relatively healthy in such a remote area. On a side note, the place is quite run down, but the bar looks nice and has a great selection of drinks, along with plenty of activities throughout the week. It’s definitely a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere."
