"I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars because while the food was decent, the service was severely lacking. We were almost the only customers there, so the poor service cannot be attributed to a busy restaurant. I had to get a high chair for my child myself, and it was dirty, requiring me to clean it before use. Our water glasses remained empty for quite some time before we finally received a refill. When I requested a modification to one of the sushi rolls due to my shrimp allergy, the waiter informed me that they don’t accommodate such requests. Additionally, when our food arrived, we were not provided with any utensils. It felt like the staff was more focused on the game than on assisting customers, and even after I returned the high chair, we had to wait longer for our check. This isn’t our first experience with poor service here; we decided to give it another chance, but we definitely won’t be coming back. Date of visit: November 13, at 5 PM."
