"I was unpleasantly informed by the woman at the counter that I needed to make a purchase to use the restroom. When I offered to buy something, she then told me that they were actually closed, as they didn't want too many people coming in just to use the restroom, and the parade was disrupting their business."

"I really enjoy dining here with my family and friends. I would appreciate it if Thomas's could offer steamed broccoli or steamed green beans as a weekend side dish. While I don't mind the zucchini, the carrots are often overcooked. Unfortunately, I can't eat the cooked cabbage due to allergies."

"Pretty casual place located in the posh West Village area but the food definitely holds it own. If you are all about the food (seafood) and less about the presentation, then you will like this place. Crab Queso was a nice twist to a traditional Tex-Mex starter. Great flavor and it was served with homemade potato chips which held up nicely in the queso. We ordered the salmon with cauliflower rice (chalkboard special) and a lobster grilled cheese sandwich. The salmon was well cooked and came on top of the rice in a paper bowl (hence my earlier comment). Only thing we should have changed was to get the fresh veggie ranch topping on the salmon on the side (tasty, but a little too much). The lobster grilled cheese was an amazing sandwich and one that I would go back for. Even though this is a order at the counter establishment, the service was very nice. They bring your food and drink to your table and check on us several times during our meal. The place was fairly crowded but the food rolled out pretty quickly. Only real ding would be that it would be nice to get the queso brought to the table before the entrees but really not that big of deal. We will be back."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. My team and I went to Baldino's Giant Jersey Subs for lunch, and all five of us ended up getting sick. Our sandwiches were nothing like what we ordered. And please, don’t ask for extra mayo—it looked like our entire sandwiches were soaked in a bucket of mayo and vinegar. They were soggy, and the meat tasted sour. I strongly advise against eating here. To make matters worse, the person making the sandwiches complained the entire time about being ready to leave and even cursed when a man came in ordering for his family. Just awful, especially considering they still had an hour left before closing."

"My husband and I both decided to try the special, which was the Italian Wedding soup. It came with two generous slices of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, a freshly baked dinner roll with a pat of butter. We enjoyed everything except for the dessert, which was a layered lemon and raspberry cheesecake. It had a more cake-like consistency rather than the traditional New York-style cheesecake."

"I come from Jersey and my BF talked up their breadsticks. So he was hoping i’d finally found my new fav pizza. We bought a plain pie and a caprese pie. We asked what came on the caprese pizza and they said tomato basil and mozzarella. It sounded so yummy been obsessed w caprese. When it finally got to the table, i tried a slice and i hated it. I asked my bf if he thought it was good and he said there was something off about it, he eats everything like a garbage disposal. He thought it was the shake on basil that was throwing him off. I ended up leaning towards the plain pie. It was okay but not worth the price. We took the caprese pizza home barely touched. Later on i thought i’d give it another go, since my BF also wasnt eating it. He wanted to throw it out and i didnt want it to go to waste. Then i noticed It had hamburger meat hidden under the cheese. I’m a vegetarian and they did not disclose that when we inquired about vegetarian specialties. The plain pizza didnt have meat sauce. So i dont get it. Anyway even if it didnt have meat on it i wouldnt have high hopes for it being good or even worth the price. Such a disappointment after my bf spent all that time saying how their breadsticks blow ppl away. If you have dietary restrictions like me, make sure they are absolutely knowledgeable on what comes on a pizza and double check before you eat it. It just boggles my mind that we asked for a vegetarian friendly pizza after they listed a bunch of meat specialties and gave us meat. Lame. I didnt bother trying the breadsticks because i was disgusted w the pizza before i even knew i ate meat."
