"I hate to leave such a bad review, but we had a pretty terrible experience tonight. We ordered take out and discovered they gave us the wrong order after getting home. We drove back to the store and received the right toppings, but one of our pizzas was the wrong size (paid for XL, got a L). The medium pizza was overcooked, the large was undercooked. But the worst part was the Canadian Bacon topping, which was as thick as Easter ham. Seriously so thick we had to peel it off and eat plain cheese and pineapple pizza. To top it off, this isn't the first bad experience here! We've ordered here multiple times and had multiple not good experiences. Pizza wait times of 45 minutes longer than estimated, incorrect orders, etc. They messed up our order a few months ago and promised to refund the price of the pizza, but then they never actually did the refund. Not sure how many more chances we're willing to give them!"
