"We traveled with friends to Zion and stayed for dinner. The decor and ambiance were wonderful. Not so good after. Service was just OK at best. Especially given there were only us and other tables. Guess with automatically added to your check, servers don’t need to work for a good tip, Meals. Wife and i ordered the bread app, was good. We split a filet, which was listed as aged Prime. It was cooked perfectly but definitely not the quality of beef we’re used to. Steak was stringy. Our friends had Sea Bass and the trout. Sea bass was good, she enjoyed it. The trout was very bad. Had a strong fishy smell. He ate bite Overall not what we’re used to in a top level restaurant. Prices were at the high end, for the filet, but quality of the food and service didn’t live up to the prices. Also added a gratuity to each check. Not seen that in any restaurant for individual checks We should have listened to our Jeep guide and went to the Stage Coach Grill. We can’t recommend the Switchback Grill"
