"Ok, we went here kinda as a last minute choice since Katz’s deli had a line over a block long…let me just say I’m glad Katz was too busy. This pizza is ridiculously good. The pizza “squares” are focaccia pizza. The crunch of the crust and the homemade sauce were honestly the best I have EVER had in the US. Identical to the focaccia pizza we had in Rome. Plus the owner, Philip was a so kind to the family. Wife and kids (ranging from 9—19) all enjoyed it immensely."

"You'll be very surprised at how superb the pizza is. The counterman/owner Judah is an orthodox Sephardi Jew who is one of the friendliest and cutest guys in Brooklyn. He seems physically incapable of ever stopping smiling. The pizza chef is Italian and doesn't compromise on quality and consistency. His intensity never lets up for a second.
